Who will be affected by inspections of small businesses in 2021 and how to prepare for them?
In 2021 there is a grace period for small businesses — "supervisory vacations". The government has banned the inclusion of such companies in annual inspection plans until the end of the year. But there are a number of exceptions.
Small businesses that meet two conditions are not exempt from scheduled inspections: The organization or individual entrepreneur has been held administratively liable and the company's work has been suspended; less than 3 years have passed since the end of the audit, which resulted in the penalty.
