It will become easier for creditors to get debts from bankrupts

Law reforming the system of bankruptcy of legal entities in Russia, President Vladimir Putin instructed to adopt in the spring session. This was announced by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov.

The main changes that the new law will provide for should be:
reduction of the number of bankruptcy procedures from five to two;
the selection of bankruptcy trustees will be made by "objective criteria", the point system of evaluation;
Strengthening the role of self-regulatory organizations that unite arbitration managers.
