Practice: Courts for Commercial Disputes (Arbitrazh Courts)

Is it possible to write in the contract that all disputes are resolved in court at the location of the plaintiff?

As you know, as a general rule, all disputes are to be resolved by the court at the location (residence) of the defendant. But in practice the question arises: to what extent the parties are free to formulate the terms of the contract to change the territorial jurisdiction. Can counterparties not specify a particular court, but determine some algorithm for determining it or include a condition that all disputes are to be resolved at the location (registration) of the plaintiff, taking into account that this address may change more than once during the performance of the contract.
